Last Day of the Denton Arts & Jazz Festival and I decided to post this picture of 1 of 3 parrots. The trainer taught one of them to talk and perform tricks like hang upside down. I was amazed how many people didn't know these birds had a very long lifespan.

At night a building light cast this orange hue on the bike. I like the color of the plant coming through the spokes, so I took the picture.

In front of my apartment furniture likes to migrate to this dumpster. It is expected from a college town however, as students would rather part with their items then spend the energy to move the things.

On the street near my apartment there is a lot of artwork along the walls of the buildings. In a corner this shadow man was hiding, looking out from behind a tree as he watches people pass by.

Driving down Old Scenic Loop in Grey Forest, my fiance and I spotted this old run down shack tucked away in the forest barely visible from the road. Further investigation seemed to reveal it had once been a auto repair shop as a sign advertising its services lay nearby.

Deer came into the backyard this morning. I tried to get closer, but they sensed me and quickly moved on.

A tree growing near the edge of a parking lot caused the ground to swell up.
